Payment and Policies

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, debit/credit card, direct bank transfer, and eligible Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account cards.

Payment

Initial 20 minute phone consultation - Free

Individual therapy session (50 minutes) - $250

Family or couples session (90 minutes) - $400

Payment for assessment and treatment sessions are due at the time of each session.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider

Upon request, I will provide you with invoices for the treatment sessions and you may submit them to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to inquire if, and how much, your plan will reimburse you.

Cancellation

24 hour policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you will need to give at least 24-hours notice.

There is a fee for late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows -- this helps me offset the hit to my income when I do not have enough time to fill the empty slot.

Parking

• Metered street parking is available, but can be difficult to find.

Be sure to read signs carefully and please note that most spaces have a 1-2 hour limit. 

• There are also a number of parking lots and garages located near the building, including those listed below, all linked to maps.

Public Transportation

• The office can be easily accessed by public transportation. It is only a few blocks from Suburban Station and is along a number of bus routes. If you are coming from New Jersey, the PATCO 15th/16th Locust Station is also only a few blocks from the office.
